Our Activities
Our farm’s 3,000 olive trees yield an oil with low acidity and unique, aromatic notes.
Harvesting is by hand.
The main varieties are Frantoiano, Lazzara, Olivastra, and Leccio del Corno.
Unfiltered.
The oil is pleasantly balanced and elegant to the nose, and intensely scented.
Suitable for drizzling on soups or on flour-based, legume-based, or meat dishes, and of course on toasted bread.
