The Wine
“Sassobucato” is the name of an abandoned marble quarry situated in our land.
Dense purple in colour, to the palate it is mellow, full, and elegant, with decidedly fruity hints. Served at an ideal temperature of 19°C, it pairs beautifully with grilled pork entrees and with steak.
