Pietrasca is Vermentino with a small percentage of Claret and Chardonnay grapes.
Ceppitaio is our basic red wine, made from a blend consisting principally of Sangiovese with some Colorino, Ciliegiolo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Sassobucato is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, in equal parts, aged for 16 months in barriques of French oak, and then in bottle for eight months.
Barbicone is made from 80% Sangiovese and the rest from typical grapes of this zone: Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Cannaiolo and Giacomino, which are produced by old vines. This wine is aged for one year in French oak barriques, and after in the bottle for ten months.
